MUL101-P4-Audio

My goal for this audio story was to make the listener feel like they’re going skydiving. The narration is based on my own experience when I went skydiving for the first time with my best friend (I hope to go again someday). Since it was such an amazing time for me, I wanted to see if I could find a way to sort of recreate part of that adventure to share with others. I’ve done a little bit of audio editing before this class, but not a whole lot. I’m definitely not used to recording dialogue that I’ve written, I tried really hard to keep it at the three minute mark, but it’s actually four minutes.  I tend to get really self critical and I had a really clear idea of what I wanted the finished result to sound like, so there was a LOT of self doubt during the final stages of the project. I did a little bit of Foley production (footsteps, and wind), but I didn’t end up doing as much as I would’ve liked to because I ran out of time, I might end up adding in some more of my own created sounds later to keep improving on this project on my personal time. Overall, I feel really happy with this project, and it reminds me of a really happy moment in my life.

Wow, great with making it seem how skydiving is terrifying at first, but at the middle and the end they actually really enjoyed it. Great job with narrating the story.
