Message from Marc Duyck regarding PTA 204 exam

I messaged students in PTA 204, that they are permitted to bring in ear plugs and noise cancellation head phones as a back up in case the noise is bothersome.  I informed students that you and your staff will inspect noise cancellation and ear plugs to ensure exam integrity.  They were informed that no music or audio from a headset is permitted at all.

Reminder for PTA 101 and PTA 204 exams…

DO NOT OPEN THE EXAM before the student sits down.  Tell the student to get settled, read the Instructions and then give you a thumbs up to open the exam.

These tests are timed and we should offer all Physical Therapy Assistant students earplugs and seat them in the back of the computer room, if possible.

DO NOT seat them in the front room–we should avoid having to use those computers, except as a last resort, because it is always noisier in the front room.

Thanks!

PLEASE FILL OUT YOUR TIMESHEETS FOR THE LAST PAY PERIOD…

before you leave for break.

Report all hour worked from DEC 1st through DEC 12th and be sure to enter the hours correctly in myLane.

Thanks!

ALL exams in the top file drawer are FINALS

HENDERSON’s MATH 105 and MTH 111 written exam make-ups

There are some math exams in drawer #2 for HENDERSON’s MATH 105 and MATH 111 students.

Please be sure to write the start and end times at the top of the exam.

Read the Instructions for the MATH 111 exam–it has 2 parts.  For Part 1 students can use a calculator, but are not allowed a calculator for Part 2.  Just give them Part 1 and then make sure calculators are away and give them part 2.

BOOZER’s BT 165 Final for Online class

is 2 parts, just like of the other exams–they take part 1 on the computer and then come get part 2, which is written.

Please be sure to write the Start and End times for the written part of the exam.

Her HYBRID BT 165 students are taking their Final in class.

Students can use their own calculators (no cell phones).

Give students a sheet of scratch paper which they will need to turn in.

Borrowdale’s PHL 201 (Ethics) Exams

Just a heads up that for PHL 201 there is an Extra Credit Exam–it is always a good idea to ask students which exam they want to take before opening an exam, because the Final will also be available starting DEC 3rd and some students may be making up exams 1 and 2.

Enter the Extra Credit Exam as Exam #3.

Thanks!
