Apparently, there are over 400 different kinds of cheese in France. No one knows for sure. Goat cheese seems to be a favorite of people who live in Normandy. We have goat cheese almost every day after dinner for dessert. It’s soft, white and very good. Other favorite cheeses are pont l’eueque (circumflex over the second e) and livarot which is also the name of the town where the cheese is made.
