Students are encouraged to discuss any concerns or complaints with the appropriate Lane staff, faculty or administrator. Students who have concerns that cannot be resolved informally should refer to the Student Complaint Procedure for instructions on how file a formal complaint.
Formal complaints are typically required to be submitted in writing, either by letter, email, or digital form submission. Assistance with the student complaint procedure is available from Counseling, Student Life and Leadership Development and the Gender Equity Center. The process is designed to take no more than 50 days to reach resolution, and is often completed much sooner.
