If so, please wait a few minutes to see if the situation resolves itself. This issue is caused by the new Fortinet firewall – it is not a bug, but an enhancement. If you attempt to visit a website that our firewall has never seen before, the firewall temporarily restricts access to that website until its reputation can be verified. Our firewall then contacts the Fortiguard website reputation engine which gives the website a safety “score”. This scoring process takes 5 to 10 minutes, without any intervention by IT staff. If after 10 minutes, the website is still inaccessible, it means it got a low safety score and has been blocked by our firewall.
