*No. What is a governance group?? What does Core Theme Group mean? Who is a part of these and how do we find out? How are they defined and how are they different?
*No. Not even to someone who is the chair of a Council understnads
No clear delineation between policy and procedure. And if you are going to give Council the charge to create policy they should be able to pass it clearly to someone/something functional to implement. Who takes responsibility? Is there any accountability?
There is a woeful lack of clarity, from the top down.
Councils and committees are unclear; Need more accountability between councils and committees.
No communication to whole community.
Need focused report to campus (monthly?) with bullets and deeper links.
Not clear where or how decisions are made.
